  • How will my engraving appear on the back of the pet tag?
    To ensure greater visibility, engravings are color-filled with waterproof paint (typically in a contrasting color like black or white). The exception being mirrored and translucent pet tags where this is not necessary. On the back of each tag, text is centered as default and engraved in a clean, simple font. Please reach out if you have any questions and feel free to use the box at check-out to add any instructions.
  • Can I have additional text engraved on my pet tag?
    Depending on the size and shape of the pet tag, additional characters are often possible. If you need extra text please include as a note at check-out and we'll work our magic. If we can't fit all the extra characters we'll reach out before engraving to find an alternative.
  • Can I have non-english characters engraved on my pet tag?
    Non-english characters can also be engraved. Include your request in the personalization field for each tag or as a note at check-out.
  • Oops I made a mistake!
    Hey, it happens. If you need to change your engraving, size or shipping details contact us as soon as possible and let us know. We'll update your order at no extra charge if it hasn't been made yet.
  • How durable are your pet tags?
    Does your furry bestie fight crime at night? Our acrylic tags are more durable than silicon and will not rust like metal tags. All our tags are designed for normal play and low-level crime-fighting but they're not indestructible. Not all heroes where caps but they do wear tags. For safety reasons we don't make chew-proof tags as these types of metal tags can actually chip teeth (ouch). Fastening the tag to the back of a harness is a great way to prevent chewing especially for puppies.
  • Do you offer discounts?

  • Do you offer gift cards?
    You can purchase eGift Cards which never expire. The gift card is code-based and sent to either your email or the email of your choice.
  • Do you offer replacement tags?
    We offer replacement tags for our style of tag that comes in two separate pieces (Vancouver Special, My Bae, Cloud, Boop and My Boo). If your dog or cat has one of these styles and either loses their tag or you need to update their contact information, a replacement tag can often be purchased at a discount depending on the details. Please contact us to enquire.
  • Can I recycle my old pet tag?
    Each part of our pet tags can be recycled from the metal hardware to the pet tag itself which is made of a type of acrylic plastic which is endlessly recyclable. Just separate the hardware and acrylic parts and recycle both based on your local guidelines - that was both can return to use and stay out of the landfill.
  • Can I get my order gift wrapped?
    Getting a present for someone awesome? We gift wrap at no extra charge and can also include a hand written message. Just indicate it's a gift in a message at check-out and the message you'd like written as a gift note. Your receipt will be emailed to you and not included with the package.
  • Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
    For wholesale enquiries and bulk order requests, please contact us with your order details and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
  • What are your shipping times?
    Canada: Approximately 3-10 business days United States: Approximately 3-6 business days UK: Approximately 5-10 business days Australia & New Zealand: Approximately 5-10 business days Global: Tracked shipping typically takes between 8-22 business days All orders are made and shipped from our studio in Vancouver, Canada. Please note shipping times can vary on the time of year especially around the holidays.
  • What if my order is lost or damaged?
    Lost or damaged mail can be super frustrating. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please contact us. Many things can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc.) but we will do our utmost to find a solution. We will also replace damaged items if you contact us within 7 days upon receipt.
  • Who pays any tariffs, custom fees or import duties?
    Custom duties, tariffs and import taxes are the responsibility of buyers. These fees are not included in the purchase or shipping price as they are levied by the buyer's individual country. Not every order is subject to customs or import taxes so please check with your local post office or government website to see if any may apply. Refunds will not be accepted for unclaimed shipments due to unpaid custom and tariff fees. US shipments under $800 from Canada are still exempt from tariffs under the de minimis rule though please check the latest news ahead of time in case this changes.
  • I didn't receive my order or shipping confirmation?
    We always email an order confirmation at the time of purchase as well as a second shipping confirmation once your order is shipped to you. If you did not receive, it is most likely that an incorrect email was provided at the time of purchase. Contact us and we will happily update this information for you; as well as, provide an update on the status of your order.
